Opposition to the Vietnam War

There were many reasons why people had protested against the Vietnam War. I guess I had always looked at it as "They must be non-violent people" or "They have a big heart." I never really thought about it being against someone's religion or people refusing the draft. The draft made many young men enter into the army without any chance to make their own decision. Many people died from both the Vietnam and Americans. It was a nasty war to have lived through.

"If America's soul becomes totally poisoned, part of the autopsy must read "Vietnam"". -Martin Luther King Jr. 1967
